News and Announcements
Official developments about Kanveay and the ZEGRONİ family: updates, policies and new projects.
This page is Kanveay's official news archive. Server and infrastructure updates, policy changes affecting in-game balance, notes on seasonal events and announcements of new projects under the ZEGRONİ roof are all published here first. You can always confirm here whether a "something is coming soon" rumour circulating on social media or in player communities is true: if a piece of news is not on this page and in the in-game System announcements panel, it is not official.
News is ordered newest to oldest. Every item has its own page; the summaries here give the frame of the story, while the detail and the reasoning live on the item's own page. Click the link on a summary that interests you to read the whole thing. If you want to learn the game's mechanics from scratch, we suggest starting with the Game Guide before the news; most of these announcements build on the systems explained there.
📰 10 August 2026 — LOCA 101 Is Coming: The ZEGRONİ Family Grows
New game announcement · Read the full story →
The ZEGRONİ team behind Kanveay has announced its second game: LOCA 101 will be an online game of 101 Okey with the warmth of a traditional tea house. Warm wood textures, amber lamplight and brass accents make up a tabletop atmosphere designed first for mobile and also for desktop. The announcement also answers the questions people ask most: LOCA 101 is a game of skill and memory, there are no real-money prizes, and the fair-play principle that has run in Kanveay for years — "the rules are enforced on the server, the client is never trusted" — carries over to the new game unchanged.
The most important note for Kanveay players: this announcement does not slow down Kanveay's development. The two games run with separate team arrangements; Kanveay's updates will continue as planned.
🩸 8 August 2026 — Clan Season Tips: Take Your Clan to the Top
Community and strategy · Read the full story →
Clan competition heated up visibly over the summer: world boss hunts grew more frequent and donations flowing into clan treasuries rose. In this piece we gathered concrete tactics for strengthening your clan grounded in the game's real mechanics: the cost and rules of founding a clan, how treasury donations turn into clan levels and member limits, what the damage you deal to the world boss depends on, and why the reward pool is distributed on the principle of "your share matches your contribution".
The most valuable part of the piece is the timing section: setting off a ritual right before a boss attack, backing it with short-lived stat potions and agreeing a common hour as a clan all mean far more damage from the same energy. A clan that knows the weekly reward gates refresh on Monday plans its week accordingly. If the clan system is new to you, start with the Clans guide.
🛡️ 5 August 2026 — Our Fair Play and Account Security Policy
Policy announcement · Read the full story →
Competition in Kanveay takes place between real players; that is why cheating and multi-accounting are a direct attack on other players' effort. In this announcement we set out our enforcement system transparently: that in multi-account detection a single signal is never treated as sufficient, that IP, device identity and behavioural pattern are weighed together, and that penalties escalate in steps — 30 days for a first violation, a year for a second, a permanent ban for a third.
The piece also describes the mechanics that protect honest players: newcomer protection, the block on the strong attacking the weak, the prevention of repeated attacks on the same target in a short window, and the automatic closure of "remember me" sessions in suspicious cases. The list of what you should do to keep your account safe is in this announcement too. For short question-and-answer summaries, the FAQ page is also up to date.
⚡ 1 August 2026 — Our Server Infrastructure Has Been Renewed: A Faster Kanveay
Infrastructure update · Read the full story →
With the infrastructure renewal completed at the end of July, Kanveay now runs on a stronger server setup. What that means on the player's side is clear: pages open faster, the slowdowns at peak hours have eased and the mobile browser experience has become noticeably smoother. During the migration no player data was lost — accounts, gold, levels, inventories and clan records were preserved exactly as they were.
The story also explains how offline progress was affected by the process: because energy and quest point regeneration, mine shifts and ritual accumulation all run on server time, they kept working while you were offline. If you are curious how those systems work, the Dungeons & PvE guide is a good start.
How to read this page: the types of news
Not every announcement carries the same weight; the type label beside the title tells you at a glance how the item concerns you:
| Type | What it covers | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| ⚡ Infrastructure update | Servers, speed, maintenance windows | The rules of play do not change; the experience improves |
| 🛡️ Policy announcement | Rules, enforcement, security | We would like you to read it — not knowing the rules is no excuse |
| 🩸 Community and strategy | Seasonal tactics, clan articles | Not compulsory, but your rivals are reading it |
| 📰 New game announcement | Developments in the ZEGRONİ family | Does not affect Kanveay; for the curious |
If an update that changes game balance is going to be released — the cost of a piece of content, the rate of a reward — we always announce it with its own headline and its effective date. There is no such thing in Kanveay as a balance value that changes quietly; if you ever get the feeling that "this reward has gone down", look at this page first, and if it is not here, it has not changed.
The difference between a rumour and an announcement
Rumour is the fate of online games: claims like "that content is being deleted soon", "everything will be free on such-and-such a date" or "a new race is coming" circulate constantly in player chat. Some are well-meant guesses; others are deliberate deception — rumours of the form "link your account to this address and get early access" are usually the first step of an account theft attempt. Use one criterion to tell them apart: if a piece of information is not on this page or in the in-game System announcements, it is not official. Give no credit to anything whose source is "a moderator said so" or "my friend's friend heard it from the team". If someone from the team really has something to announce, they do it through this channel where everyone can see it, not by private message.
Our archive policy
Published news is never deleted. If a story later needs a correction, the text is updated and the amended section is marked with its date; no announcement is ever quietly changed or made to disappear.
Where should you follow the news?
- This page — the permanent archive of all announcements. New items are added at the top.
- In-game System announcements — the System panel on the Messages screen delivers announcements that affect the game straight to your account; unread ones appear with a badge in the menu.
- Official channels — you can verify which accounts really belong to us on the Official Channels page.
A security reminder: our team will never, through any channel, ask for your password, your verification code or your payment details. If a message that looks like an "announcement" asks you for those, it is fake; give it no credit and report it to us through support.
For newcomers: what should you take from this month's news?
If you started this month, here is the summary of the four stories for you. Because the infrastructure was renewed, you have arrived in the game's fastest period — the pages flow, enjoy it. The fair play announcement tells you two things: play on one account and give your password to nobody; the protections handle the rest, you cannot be attacked during your newcomer period and your earnings are doubled. The clan piece says do not rush: gain a few levels first, then join a well-established clan — a newcomer who donates even a little to the treasury and turns up at boss hour is the pride of any clan. The LOCA 101 announcement changes nothing about today's game; just keep it in the back of your mind. And if you are wondering about the rankings, know that the main one runs on loot — it rises with hunting and dungeon plunder; the details are in the guides.
Feedback: what would you like to see in the news?
This page exists for players, and players should shape its form too. If you find something missing or wrong in a story, or you have a headline in mind that makes you think "write an announcement about this too", just write through in-game support — every message is read. We pay particular attention to the guide-versus-news distinction: permanent information belongs in the guides, seasonal developments in the news. If you see a case where you think "why is this in the news rather than the guide?", tell us that too; if you are right, the information moves to the guide and the news links to it from there.
New to the game? We suggest the How to Play guide first, then the Economy guide.
