No sales are made through the website

No direct payment is taken by credit/debit card, bank transfer or any other method through the Kanveay website. Paid digital products (diamond packs, premium) are sold only through Google Play in our Android app.

Sale, payment and refunds

• The purchase agreement, payment, transaction history, cancellation and refund processes are governed by the Google Play store rules and take place through the payment infrastructure of Google LLC.
• The products are digital; once payment is approved they are credited to the game account automatically. There is no physical shipment.
• Google Play's refund policy applies to refund/cancellation requests. If a refund or chargeback occurs, the digital product granted may be revoked.
• Virtual currency/digital products purchased are not equivalent to real money, cannot be converted into cash and cannot be transferred to other games.
