1. General

Kanveay (the "Site"/"Game") is a free, fictional multiplayer game played in the browser. Everyone who uses the Site is deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Fictional Content

All elements in the game such as vampires, werewolves, battles and loot are entirely fictional and bear no relation to real people or events.

3. Account and Use

• Every user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
• Bots, cheating, automation and unauthorised access to other accounts are prohibited; if detected, the account may be closed.
• The administration reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach the rules without prior warning.
• There is zero tolerance for insults, harassment, hate speech, obscene or illegal content. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; violating content is removed and the account is closed.

4. Virtual Products and Payments

• Diamonds, gold and similar virtual units have no monetary value in the real world; they are used only inside the game.
• Purchases are made through Google Play. The site never sees or stores your payment details.
• Because virtual products are digital, refunds are generally not made after delivery. In the event of an incorrect or duplicate charge you may apply via contact.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is". No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given. The Site cannot be held liable for indirect damages such as data loss or service interruption.

6. Intellectual Property

The original text, design and software on the Site belong to Kanveay. They may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
