Personal Data Processed

• Identity/contact: username, e-mail address.
• Transaction security: password (hash), IP and session information, registration/login times.
• Game and transaction data: game progress and Google Play purchase records.

Purposes of Processing

• Creating membership, authentication and account security.
• Providing the game service and verifying purchases.
• Handling support requests, preventing abuse and legal obligations.

Legal Grounds (KVKK art. 5)

Conclusion/performance of the contract, the legitimate interest of the data controller, legal obligation and, where required, explicit consent.

Transfer

With Google Play for purchases and, where necessary, with our hosting provider; may be shared with authorities upon lawful request. Your payment details are not processed by the Site.
